Mouse MEEBO Printed Oligo Microarrays
The Invitrogen mouse MEEBO printed oligo set is available through the Keck Center. This 38,467 probe microarray interrogates close to 25,000 murine genes including 30,125 constitutive exonic probes, 4201 alternatively sliced exonic probes, miRNA and other noncoding RNAs, mitochondrial and viral elements and negative and positive controls. Slides are printed on Corning UltraGaps aminosiline coated slides.

We recommend performing hybridizations with the Maui Mixer Hybridization System.
The arrays are positioned on the slide for use with the Maui Mixer AO cover slips, however manual hybridizations can be performed with any 22 x 60 mm coverslip.
