Immunological Resource Center (IRC) offers antibody production and other antibody services. We also host a Biacore 3000 SPR instrument, providing training, consultation and assistance for Biacore experiments. We serve both University of Illinois clients and off-campus researchers at different service rates. We are committed to quality products, timely delivery and client satisfaction.

EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE FOR USE

  • BIACore 3000 Surface Plasmon Resonance System for Bimolecular Kinetics
  • Dynatec 96-well Spectrophotometric Plate Reader

The facility is located in rooms 264A-E in Burrill Hall and occupies 1,415 sq. ft. Animals used for monoclonal and polyclonal antibody production are housed in Division of Animal Resources (DAR) certified facilities.
